Location: One mile south of Philipsburg on PA Route 53 in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield, County in a mixed commercial and residential area.

Highways: One mile to Route 322 in Philipsburg; 12 miles to I-99 in Centre County; 13 miles to I-99 in Blair County; 10 miles from I-80 in Clearfield County. Approximately ½ hour drive to Altoona or State College.
